How does one measure the effectiveness of peacebuilding? Some have tried metrics and numbers to quantify their progress. The challenge with quantifying peace building is the core body of evidence is anecdotal in nature. One such example is the Founder of the Jerusalem Youth Chorus, Micah Hendler, who as a youth experienced Seeds of Peace, as a seed himself. Years later, after completing his studies, he returned home to Jerusalem and started JYC, influencing the next generation of peacebuilders through his work.
